RZC Series High Precision Fin Forming Production Line
Fin is widely applied in new energy vehicles,fuel cell,communication base,database,high spped rail, aerospace,Petrochemical Industry，LNG and air separation industry. Plate fin heat exchanger has advantages including compact conformation,light-weighted and high heat exchange efficiency, 80% of which is composed of fin.
The increase in fin precision can further improve the heat exchange efficiency, which means the same heat exchanger can be made lighter and more efficient.
The high precision fin forming production line made by Rongzhi Autotech has advantages in dynamic balancing and servo control of fin height and fin pitch. The entire production line can be fully automated and can be controled throught PLC interface.
The production line can solve problems in high precision cutting. We have a series of cutting machine that can perform single cut, double cut, slding cut based on type of fins, and we also have special cutting machine for distributors fins(with adjustable angle). We also have automatic pipe crossing machine that can be customized based on client requirements.
